This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit nushake.com.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways:

• Contact forms. When you submit a quote request or contact form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, service type, and property address. Form data is transmitted via Web3Forms and delivered to office@nushake.com.
• Roofle widget. Our instant quote tool ("Get a Roof Quote") is powered by Roofle. If you use this widget, Roofle collects your address to generate a roof measurement estimate. Roofle's own privacy policy governs that data.
• Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site. GA4 collects anonymized usage data including pages visited, session duration, and general geographic region. GA4 uses cookies. You can opt out via Google's opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to quote requests and schedule free inspections.
• To communicate about your roofing project.
• To improve website content and user experience (via analytics).
• To comply with legal obligations under California law.

We do not use your contact information for unsolicited marketing. We may follow up on a submitted estimate request by phone or email once if we have not heard back.

4. Hosting and Infrastructure

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes network requests and may log IP addresses and request metadata as part of its security and performance services. Cloudflare's privacy policy governs that processing. Cloudflare is located in San Francisco, CA and is subject to U.S. law.

5. Cookies

We use the following cookies on nushake.com:

• Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*). Analytics cookies set by Google. Expire after 2 years. Used to distinguish users and measure site traffic.
• Roofle widget cookies. Set when the Roofle instant quote tool is used. Governed by Roofle's cookie policy.

We do not use advertising cookies or remarketing pixels on this site.

6. Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we hold about you, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of sale (we do not sell personal information).

7. Data Retention

We retain form submission data (quote requests and contact messages) for up to 3 years for business records purposes. Analytics data is retained per Google's default retention settings. You may request deletion at any time.

8. Children's Privacy

Our site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when changes were last made. We encourage you to review this page before submitting personal information.
