These Terms of Service govern your use of nushake.com and your engagement with NuShake Roofing for roofing services. By submitting a quote request, scheduling an inspection, or contracting with us for work, you agree to these terms.

You may not use this site to scrape content, submit false quote requests, or interfere with site operation. We reserve the right to block access for misuse.

3. Quote Requests and Estimates

Submitting a quote request through our website or the Roofle instant quote tool does not constitute a binding contract. All estimates are subject to an on-site inspection by a NuShake representative. Final pricing is provided in a written proposal after inspection.

Free inspections are complimentary with no obligation. Brian Espindola or a licensed NuShake crew member conducts all inspections. We do not charge for travel to any city within our service area.

4. Contractor Services and Warranty

Roofing work performed by NuShake Roofing is covered by:

Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by acts of God (hail, wind events exceeding design specifications, falling objects), improper modifications by others after installation, or normal material aging beyond the stated warranty period.

5. Licensing and Insurance

NuShake Roofing operates under California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) License #1142280. You may verify this license at cslb.ca.gov. We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance as required by California law. Certificates of insurance are available upon request before work begins.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are set out in your written contract. NuShake does not require full payment before work begins. Standard practice is a deposit at contract signing, with the balance due on completion. We accept check, ACH transfer, and major credit cards. Financing options may be available — ask during your estimate.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by California law, NuShake Roofing's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific work giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including interior water damage resulting from pre-existing roof conditions not identified during inspection.

8. Dispute Resolution

We prefer to resolve disputes directly. If you have a concern about workmanship or materials, contact us at office@nushake.com or (209) 253-0506 and we will address it within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved, you may file a complaint with the CSLB at cslb.ca.gov or seek arbitration under California law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or engagement with NuShake Roofing services constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.
